φORM’S RECIPES

Here’s a little something you didn’t know about us…

One half of Φorm Activewear loves to cook! The other half loves to enjoy the recipes! One of the reasons we partnered up – complementary skills; loves to cook, loves to eat!

Whilst we are both known to seek the best places to fuel our workouts, we have to agree there is nothing like home cooked food that is also quick, fresh and nourishing to keep us going!

Style Studio was created to inspire you to live a healthy lifestyle and be best version of yourself – for this reason we have decided to include our most-loved healthy recipes curated by Agni Aristophanous, Co-founder of Φorm Activewear and of course always enjoyed by the two of us when brainstorming new ideas to keep you stylish and healthy.

Voila!! Sharing my first recipe with you:

Kale Salad With Crunchy Peanut Sauce

This salad makes a delicious main meal or side, and to make it a perfectly balanced meal you can add a nice amount of protein in the form of miso-roasted salmon, chicken or tofu to keep you satisfied for hours. It is our perfect choice to pack for lunch, makes for an amazing side dish for dinner parties, or enjoyed when craving a light but satisfying meal. Of course, the crunchy peanut sauce and Asian kick of the dressing makes all the difference!

To inaugurate our recipe section, our easy and delicious Asian Kale Salad!

Ingredients
• 1 large bundle finely chopped kale (Alion serves them packed)
• 1-2 shredded carrots
• 2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
• 1-2 cucumbers diced
• 1 yellow pepper diced
• 1 red pepper diced
• 1 orange pepper diced

For the dressing
• 3 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
• 3 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
• Juice of one fresh lime
• 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari sauce (gluten free)
• 3 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
• ½ teaspoon sriracha
• ½ teaspoon Asian sesame oil
• Himalayan Pink salt to taste

Instructions
To prepare the dressing, toss all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk, or alternatively use a nutri bullet. Add kale, carrots and cabbage to a large mixing/serving bowl and toss to combine. A nice tip to relieve the bitterness of kale is to massage it with olive oil. Then add dressing and toss to coat.
