DELIVERY & SHIPPING
For all domestic (within Cyprus) deliveries we use our shipping partner AKIS Express. We deliver only to zones A&B (city limits) and also covering over 100 locations across Cyprus, including rural areas. A detailed map of the locations can be found here. We also offer click & collect services with GAP AKIS Express. You can collect your order from over 100 prime locations (City & Rural) across Cyprus. COSTS & TIMES
We aim to dispatch all domestic orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday). However, during peak sale periods, or over Bank Holidays, it could take up to 4-5 working days. For any enquiries regarding shipping options, please email us at email@example.com.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All our deliveries are trackable via GAP AKIS Express advanced track & trace service. You will be sent an email with your tracking code once your order has been dispatched and you will be able to track it via the GAP AKIS Express website. You can also track your parcel via SMS to 8585.
Please note :
- – AKIS express cannot deliver your order if you are not at home – please make sure you select the right option when you place your order.
- – If you have selected click and collect to your shipping option you will receive an email letting you know that the order is ready to be collected.
Please note that we can only keep the orders for 15 days in your selected GAP AKIS shop, after which time your order will be refunded and put back to stock. Please notify the team by return of email should you need us to hold your order for longer.
All worldwide orders will be with our international shipping partner FedEx, using FedEx standard delivery. Please refer to the above table for International fees and estimated delivery time. All delivery transit times are for general guidance and are not guaranteed. We will do our utmost to deliver your order to you on time or ahead of time. If we anticipate a delay to your order, we may contact you to update you on the delivery.
TRACKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER
All international orders are tracked via FedEx. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
When shipping within the EU no duties are applied. For orders outside of the EU, please note that you may be charged duty and taxes on receipt of the goods. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate of the charges.
